This month we move from looking at abundance from the “all that is possible” energy of the spring to an abundance framework of all that we have, and all that has grown and changed within us that we can now benefit from.

July is about emotional empowerment. Something happens when we sit willingly with our emotions, building our capacity to care for ourselves, and to love what’s there.

June is about letting go of binary thinking and moving from “this or that” to “yes, and…” Everything is possible all at once, and it’s also not your job to hold it all, but rather to accept it.
April Energy Message
It’s time to be your very own fool. Fall head over heels for your own ideas. Get psyched up about your wildest dreams. Be willing to try out your ideas and do what it takes to get the ball rolling. Let go of the worry about what others think. This month is about building up your self-esteem and being true to your authentic you.
March Energy Message
March is about surrender. When we come to terms with how little control we really have, what’s left is how much love we can muster.
February Energy Message
February is about truth, clarity, & courage. It’s about embracing what makes you uniquely you.
