Online Class: Decoding Color in Intuitive Art

This is a prerecorded Intuitive Art class that guides you through the steps to create a piece of Intuitive Art using the method of your choice. Afterward, you will learn the technique decoding color to deepen your process and start to create meaning, allowing you to dialogue with your body, your subconscious, and your higher self.

In this course you will: create 1 piece of art, reflect mindfully, learn 3 methods for creating Intuitive Art; find clarity, healing, and release, integrate and deepen the process through decoding color, learn color breathing—a color healing technique, and learn the tools for a regular Intuitive Art practice

Materials Needed: 1-2 sheets of paper, a pen, a journal is optional; art supplies like: markers, oil pastels, crayons, or colored pencils.
