In this course you will: create 3 pieces of art, reflect mindfully, call in support, find clarity, take back your power by naming what you can control and leaving the rest, set an intention that will carry you through; integrate and deepen the process through journal prompts.
Materials Needed: 3 sheets of paper, a pen, a journal is optional; art supplies like: markers, watercolors, acrylics, oil pastels, crayons, or colored pencils.
