April Energy Message

The theme for April is ~ be who you are.

Life moves in cycles and one of those cycles is moving closer to and further from our inner selves and the essence of who we are. 

We get lost, disconnected, and then in time, inspiration comes and reflects the light in us and we begin to move again and to shift toward ourselves — to uncover that which we truly are.

It’s part of the natural cycle of life to release, to grieve, to rest, and then find the spark, the light — the promise that keeps us going so we can rise again.

One way to create an anchor to your inner self is to make a vow — a promise to listen to your heart, or let yourself experience the things you long for in this life, to give yourself unconditional love, to follow your passion over and over again. 

What is your promise to you? Is it the truest promise you can muster? How do you keep your promise in small and big ways?

This April, tap into what makes your life feel full, explore passion. 

Make a list of all the people, places, and things you absolutely love, add what you love about yourself. Bask in the passion of your heart.

This Aries season, move away from striving and instead make radical choices that support your thriving.

Let your inner self come out into the light and lead the way for a little while or forever. ∞
