Integrating and healing parts

Moving forward doesn’t mean leaving our parts behind, it means we believe all of us is worthy of love, joy & thriving…

  1. Get in a comfortable position and take a moment to reflect. Is there a part of yourself that you don’t like or were told was wrong that’s been coming up lately? Which part of yourself are you ready to accept & heal?

  2. On a blank piece of paper with any art materials, create this part of you in the center of the page. What shape is it? What color is it? What kinds of lines is it made of?

  3. Pause and look at. Face this part of yourself and stay aware of what you’re feeling in your body. 

  4. Ask this part if it needs anything from you and listen. What did the part tell you it needed from you, can you commit to that?

  5. Create art all around the part. Give it the colors, lines, and shapes that it needs to feel loved. 

  6. When you’re finished, take a moment to send it all the love you can.

  7. Written Insight: Ask this part and your higher self to show you what gifts & strengths this part holds, write what comes through.
