What a reading is like: Readings begin with a channeled guided meditation to you regulate your nervous system, connect to your body, and open to the supportive energy of the cosmic realm. Next, Emily will connect with your energy and give you a reading of your spirit essence, sharing images and messages that symbolize your inner magic and your current energy. She will then enter a trance state as benevolent spirit speaks through her to give you personal guidance. During the trance channel portion of the reading high frequency healing energy will wash over you like a warm bath of love and will align your energy. Emily will return to the psychic realm to complete your soul journey and close the reading, leaving you feeling inspired, connected, and aligned.

How to prepare for your reading: Drink plenty of water the day of and wear comfy clothes to your appointment. Find a place at home where you can get comfortable without interruption. Some ways to create a sanctuary for your: dim the lights, use a comfy blanket and pillow, and put some lavender essential oil in a diffuser.

*You can come to your appointment with something specific to focus on or we can see what comes up.

What to expect after your reading: After your reading, you may feel light, and like you’ve just woken up from a nap, be easy on yourself for 12 hours afterward. Drink plenty of water and ground yuor body by eating mindfully, taking time in nature, or doing an earth meditation. It is helpful to integrate your experience further with reflective journaling.
